Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable

VoiceGen is a digital service (SaaS): a subscription grants access to the text-to-speech service immediately after payment, and the monthly token allowance is credited the moment the charge goes through. Because the service is delivered instantly and in full at the moment of payment, and there is no physical good to return, payments already made are not refunded.

Why

• Access to the service and the month's tokens are granted immediately after successful payment — the service can't be "un-delivered" after the fact.
• Tokens spent generating audio are a consumed digital resource that can't be "returned" to the service's balance.
• This matches standard practice for digital SaaS subscriptions with instant activation.

Cancelling your subscription

If you paid by card, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your WayForPay personal account — this stops future monthly charges, and access stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you paid with crypto, the subscription doesn't auto-renew — simply don't pay for the next month, and access ends when the paid period runs out.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

If a payment was technically duplicated, or you were charged without your consent, email us at voicegenerik@gmail.com and we'll look into it individually.
